Middlesbrough Transporter Bridge Centenary Writing Competition 2011
In collaboration with Writers Block North East, Rachel held a Creative Writing Competition to celebrate the Centenary of the Middlesbrough Transporter Bridge 2011. The aim of the project was to increase awareness of Middlesbrough Transporter Bridge & its Centenary, and to give people an opportunity to reflect & express their response to the bridge through creative writing.
The project received lots of interest
The Creative Writing Competition received 40 entrants, and the 10 winning entries were recorded as podcasts. The project received lots of interest, evidenced by the podcast pages which received 24,412 visits during and after the project.
